After School Clubs
There are no After School Clubs this week (7-11 January); this includes Thursday band practice. However, shinty in Kinlochbervie for P5-P7 does start up again this week - WEdnesday 9 January.

Fundraising Activities
BBC Children In Need 2012
The children were sponsored for a Pyjama Day on Friday 16 November and raised an amazing £1,300 for Children in Need.
Cape Wrath BBQ & Beach Run
On 17 June 2012, several pupils participated in the 1 km and 3 km beach run. In the evening the Parent Council hosted a very successful BBQ which raised £750 for school funds. Many thanks to all the parents who worked tirelessly to make this event a success and to all those who made donations.
The Big Knit
The Crafty Kids Club is helping raise funds to refurbish the children's ward at Raigmore Hospital by knitting a giant scarf. Each child is taking the scarf home for their turn at knitting. Through the sponsorship of the children by parents and friends, we are hoping to raise up to £1000 for the campaign. The Raigmore campaign is a project of the Archie Foundation; click here for more information about their work.
March Concert
The school held a very successful end-of-term concert at the Village Hall on 29 March 2012. Over £165 was raised for our drive to purchase more musical instruments.
